Barbara Kempt’s Warm Gifts for Nikolaev Orphanage
Barbara Kempt, a long-time and cherished supporter of I WILL, continues to share her warmth and kindness each year through her handmade knitted hats, gloves, and toys for Christmas.
These photos are from our January 2013 visit to the Nikolaev Orphanage, where I had the joy of personally delivering beautiful hats for the girls and scarves for the boys — each one crafted with love and care.
Over the years, Barbara’s heartfelt creations have reached many orphanages and children’s homes, wrapping countless young hearts in comfort and reminding them that they are cared for and remembered.
